Terms of Service

AutoTrade24 is operated by AutoTrade24 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("AutoTrade24", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoTrade24 website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AutoTrade24 provides a cloud-based dealer management system and automotive ERP for car dealerships, including inventory, CRM, vehicle inspection, finance and e-invoicing features. We may add, change or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscriptions, fees and billing

  • The Service is offered on subscription plans described on our pricing page.
  • Fees are billed in advance for the selected term. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are added where required.
  • One-time fees, such as setup or a custom website build, are charged as described at checkout.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected term until cancelled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.

Your data

You retain ownership of the dealership data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

AutoTrade24 and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design and trademarks. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you except the right to use the Service under your subscription.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
